Client required a CRM software as product that can be released on SaaS basis. CRM provides all features to manage the details related to its customers. Entire look and feel of the application is expected to be rich and configurable.

The Solution

We strictly followed the client’s specifications and developed the application based on a very robust & scalable architecture. Keeping in mind the requirements of better user experience and fast access to required information, the workflow is made simpler and allows multiple actions at the same time. The site always has something happening/loading instantly (not the long loading bar typical of flex applications). Further plan is to implement each set of functionality as a flex module so that it gets loaded selectively and makes the application very fast.

We are still working on implementing new functionalities like workflow management, reports etc. The CRM is going to be the best CRM on RIA platform.
