Pure Offshore Delivery Model
In this model, the complete project execution beginning from requirements analysis to delivery is carried out at Rightway’s offshore development center. During the requirements gathering and analysis phase, the communication is driven by our business analyst. Once the project development begins, our project manager in coordination with business analyst remains the prime communication point for the client. Complete development is carried out by Rightway’s offshore team that works according to pre-defined processes in a scheduled manner to ensure timely and cost-effective end results.
Onsite-Offshore (Hybrid) Delivery Model
In this model offers optimized cost and maximized returns. Rightway’s onsite team members (business analyst and/or project manager) work in close coordination with the client’s team for requirements analysis, design & project planning. Once the requirements are streamlined and initial project execution process is defined, Rightway’s onsite team coordinate with offshore development team to initiate & manage project development. Rightway’s onsite and offshore team members work in tandem to ensure that all tasks are performed in a timely and affordable fashion to provide quality, value and focus to the client.
