Hire Dedicated Developer Process

The procedure to hire dedicated developer(s) is very simple and straight forward. Just send us your dedicated developer requirements. Our team of business analysts will analyze and will suggest the best available resource to cater your needs. You can interview the suggested resource. And once you are satisfied with the resource, he/she will be allotted to work for you for a trail period of one week. At the end of the week, we'll ask for your reviews about the performance of the dedicated developer. Once you agree and satisfied with the work done, a contract will be signed and he developer will be allotted to work dedicated for you for the asked period. In case we don't have the resource with the required skill set available in RWS, we'll search for same in local resource pool in the market and arrange for a direct interview with you.
