Partnership models offered by Rightway
Outsourcing Partnership
If you are a software or web development company and have more work than your team can handle, or have specific requirements but lack in-house expertise to cater them, outsource your projects to us. Our team works on behalf of you for your customer, increasing your competitive advantage and margin of profit. You co-ordinate with your client all through the execution of the project and we merely act as an extension of your company. Our partners have access to our technical and industry expertise and receive consulting and support for their marketing and sales activities.
Reseller Partnership
If you are an independent marketing professional and have a customer base with requirements for the services we are offering, this model suits best to you. You resell our services to your customers at your rates using your/our brand name. It is like having your own software development company. While you focus on marketing, expanding your customer base, gathering project requirements, transferring project details to the development team, we keep ourselves busy with programming and developing the project as per your specifications. We will not contact your client directly and keep ourselves obscure from them.
Business Partnership
If you are independent business consultant and have customers base with requirements for the services we are offering, we can enter into business partnership. You explore customer base to generate inquiries and share the customer requirements with us. We'll do the complete requirements gathering and feasibility study and give you the effort estimation. Representing you as business partner of Rightway, you prepare the quote based on the estimation and share with the client. If the inquiry leads to an order, we'll share the profit on mutually agreed percentage basis. Our development team will handle the client communication throughout the development lifecycle of the project.
Representative of RWS
Under this partnership model, you will be designated to represent Rightway Solution (India) Pvt. Ltd. and its services in your specific area. All queries from clients in your area will be directed to you. You will be responsible for providing only client interaction while our development team will execute the project. For each such closed projects, all your efforts would be rewarded by a mutually decided commission percentage.
Referral Partnership
This Partnership model suits the specialists who can promote our services abroad. You refer our services to your clients. If the referral leads to an order, we will pay you the referral fee.
Solutions Partnership
This model suits for specialists who need to develop a software/application/Solution but lack in-house expertise. We'll develop the solution for you and no one knows about it. You reserve the intellectual property rights on the solution developed as well all the rights for marketing and selling the solution. We will provide support to develop, enhance and maintain the solution as per requirements.
